Whistleblower Protection

  • Disclosing or even implying a whistleblower’s identity without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited.

  • Whistleblowers are protected from any disadvantage, retaliation, or discrimination in business relationships or within their department for reporting, giving statements, or submitting materials.

  • If the whistleblower’s own violation is revealed through the report, liability may be reduced or waived under the Act on the Protection of Public Interest Whistleblowers, and we will apply this in accordance with law.

  • Anonymous reports are accepted; however, we may be unable to provide status updates or results for anonymous submissions.
